The complimentary concert tendered to tlie Mastertou Orchestra last night was a splendid success, tho schoolroom being packed, Owing to .the length of the programme no encores were allowed, though some of tlio items were exceedingly good, Mr T. J.Rowsc in his song "Lovo the Highwayman" being- especially appreciated. The duct "We arc two Eoving Minstrels" by Messrs Black and Bowse, was also very well i rendered the voices blending admirably.
