In the case of Mrs ArnotVtho Board decided that while there was strong presumptive evidence that tho land had not been selected in tho 1 bona 06 manner contemplated by the Act, tlioy were MSm-antcd in disbelieving the sworn testimony of the lessee, and were not, therefore, ,-r----prepared to declare the leiiso forfeited. ■
