E The ordinary meeting was then f c held, the same Crs being present 0 j and also Cr Beard. It was decided to allow the metalling of Kuratiwhiti-street to stand "Over. The debt owing to Mr CottarM was arranged tostand over fortwelvoM months. It was agreed to grub theffl wattles off Cemetery-road, It wasH decided to close the Institute at nine o'clock, instead of ton, Accounts, as presented, were passed for payment, . . . ; Cr Rogers' motion n calling for tenders for overseer with horso and cart, was lost, ■ • Other business of an unimportant naturo was dealt with, and the Council adjourned,
