The Auckland Tobacco Poisoning Case.

Auckland, Wednesday
James Beard, has been committed for trial ona charge of manslaughter in connection with tho death of the boy Erie Hart McCullough, from the effects of an injection of tobacco, for the purpose of killing worms.
