In the afternoon the whole party drove as far as Pigeon Bush, where, .the .united couplebade farowoll and loft by train for Wellington, where they intend to spend their honoynjoon, In tho evening a "social was held, when a most enjoyable time was spent, and during the ovoning a band of" tinkettlers" put in an appearance, wero entertained right royally, Mr H, Duff, of Groytown, mado the wedding cako, which was on view in L his shop at Greytown for a few days * prior to the event. Mr and Mrs Haycock are to reside in Greytown, and I believe the Band intend to serenade them on their return. '
