A Case of Maintenance.

WKMiiterox, Friday. In the Supreme Court to-day-judgment was given in the case of Dorizao v the.PublicTrustee. This was an application for the Public Trustee to apply the capital ; of the Trust Fund in his possession, for the maintenance of the children of plaintiff's family. The interest on .the principal not being sufficient; His Honor refused the application,; and entered up judgment' for the Public Trustee. •.. .:.;,'_'
