Stout's , Bill, ordinary Earing Clubs slliould not be bracketed with Trotting . Clubs, and that t-lie former be reduced only a third of the days raced by them in 1892. Three delegfttesof the Metropolitan and County Clubs, to discuss which , meetings are tobcabolishcd,resolved that a >erson may train his own horse or horses in which he is a partner, without paying a fee, provided he receives no payment for his services.
