Wbuixotox, Saturday. i An Otago deputation waited on ; the Premier this morning, and ' asked that the extention of tlie Otago Central Kaihvay lino should he made to Eweburn this year, Mr Seddon said lie could hold out 110 hope of the request being acceded to, but said that the tunnel beyond Hyde would be gone on with, whon the Engineer had prepared specifications.
