DIVORCE COURT.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association) Nai'lEii, "Wednesday. .After (i five days' hearing the divorco case Sheath v Sheath, tho wife's; petition, was concluded this evening. Tho Chief Justice, who sat without a jury, said lie had no hesitation whatever in granting a divorco on the ground of adultery .of the respondent with Mary O'Driscoll, daughter of the late licensee of the Albion Hotel. Counsel for Mrs Sheath withdrew all imputations against Miss May Brown and Miss Kiely, who wero mentioned at the beginning oftlio ease. Tho question of tho custody of the children is to be doalt with in Chambers.
