Estate oj I Cuming. A meeting of creditors in the abovo estate, was held lit Pnhiatua on Monday, Mr W, B. Chcnnells, Dopnty Ollioial Assignee presiding. From the debtor's statement it appeared that tlio whole of the debts had been incurred since 1890. Debtor earned about £5 in eight months at Woodvillo, after which lie removed to Mangatainoka, but only succeeded in obtaining work occasionally, Latterly bankrupt had bden working on tlio co-operativo works, and had to kecphimsolf ntcamp and also provide for his family, His avorago earnings, during last winter, were uot more tlmn 3s per day. Had no property, horses or cattle. Had not misrepresented his position to his creditors. His family lived on a section in the Hall Special Settlement which had been allotted to him, A house was on the section, valued at S3O.
