A Jury Locked Up all Night.
Still Unable to Agree. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Weuixgtox, Friday. Tho jury in tho case of Thomas W. Twist, charged with forging and uttering a chequo, after being locked up all night were nimble to agree, and were discharged. As this was the second disagreement in the case, the Crown Prosecutor intimated that ho wonld not proceed further with the charge, and accused was liberated.
