NEW ZEALAND FLOCK-BOOK.

A meeting of the New-Zealand Flock-Book Association'™ held in the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company's buildings yesterday afternoon, Mr J, Or. Wilson M.H.R,, presiding, when it was decided that a fiock-book for NewZealand should bo established, and that a council of 22 should ho. elected 11 for each island, Rules were also framed.

At a meeting of the North Island members of the Association last night the following gentlemen were elected a Council for the North Island:—Auckland, Messrs S, T. Scddonand J, Wallace; Hawke's Bay, Messrs Jos. Williams and A, JMlardic; Mnnawatu, Messrs G. Wheeler, 11. Cobb and J, CK Wilson; Wanganui, Mr J, W, Baker; Wairarapa and Wellington, Messrs W, C. Buchanan, A, Matthews and J. Stuckey—N.Z Thus
