Knight, formerly of Mangatainoka, who joined tho New Australia party, gives a vory doleful account of the great social scheme. He, with several others, has returned to Sydney by the Royal Tar, and will make for New Zealand again ns quickly as possible, and on arrival here promises a full account of matters connected with new Australia. .

The Football Club here hold a concert and dance on the 24th May, the date of the first match this season.
