Wellington, Wednesday. The judgment of the Court regarding the loss of the Kiwi was that the vessel was well found, and the Master exercised every care, and followed tlio usual course. No blame could be attached to him. The Bench added a recommendation that a survey be made of station 1 landings on the East Coast of flic jfortlj Island.
