Tha NewßoutliWalesßugby Union mites tliey'fUot play in Auguat as the local matches will not be over. 1 The Union propose that the men Heave, if a steamer can be arranged, on August "25th, and play the first matoh in Wellington, on September ' .Ist. The tour is to be arrangwl on a five weeks basis, but an extra week will be put in if possible. The N.Z, Union meets shortly to arrange a programme on this basis,
