Especially wo wish to thank jour son, who, at suoh short notice, and so swiftly went with Mr Greenwood to Masterton on horseback, to inform our people in "Wellington. We are reminded that your father, Mr John Moore, housed and entertoinod the orcw and passengers of the " White Swan," which Bteamer was wreoked neat his station many yeats since, and It would appear that the father's mantle -has fallen on the son.
