Anniversary Sepuices _ The anniversary services and social in connection with the Masteilon Wesleyan School hold last evening l ir °vcd most successful and enjoyable. Quite 350 members of the congregalion and friends Bat down in the schoolroom to an excellent ten, provided by the ltdifß of the Church, all attending moßt assiduously to the comforts of those present. Visitors were preaent from all parts of theV Wairarapa Grey town being represented by the Reve.S. J. Gibson, W. Kowse and others; Carterton by Messrs Weaton, Robiu80D, Calliatev and parly; and Feaiheiston by Mr Sussex and several friends.

After tea the annual meeting was held in the Ohnrcb, Mr Gordon, senr,, occupying the chair. Special antbems were rang by the choir under the direction of Mr John J, Boagey, including " Praise Ye the Lord," " Zion," " Give Me the Wings of a Dove," and the 11 Gloria."

The annual report (aB published elsewhere) was read, and on the motion of Mr C. E, Daniell seconded by Mr R, P. Temple was adopted. During the evening speeches were I delivered by the Bevs, Robert Wood, J S. J. Gibson, W, Bowse.hndJ, Dukel, and Mr Sum, Homo Missionary, the proceedings concluding with a heitrty voia of tbanka totbe I'"liea of ilie congregation, moved liy Mr P. A. Rive aud seconded by MrW.
