Thomson, Insurance Agent, against Messrs McCarron, Bird and Co., publishes of the Australian flanking and Insurance Ikcord, for publishing two articles headed, " Defaulting Fire Insurance Agent," oopied from a Wellington paper of-Noverober, 1891, and Maroh, 1892, These artioles referred to Mr Thomson leaving the Colony, and to a subsequent action in Supreme Court, in terms which plaintiff claims holds him as de< faulter,
