To-day's Ming. (By Telegraph—Owa Correspondent,) Wellington, Thursday. Titles wero granted at the Land Board meeting to day, to Messrs Haigb, Beck, and Waller of Manga" hao, and Messrs Williamson, and Maunsell of Mangaone. The question of holding a meeting st Paliiatua, lias been adjourned till the afternoon. Tbe Minister of Land advises the Board not to consent to the exchange of Special Settlement leases for Leases in Perpetuity. Several village settlers have ulready exchanged their leaeex, but other applications have been suspended, The question will come before the Board thiß afternoon.
