(By Telegraph.—Press Association), Wellington, Thursday. Goth sides are beginning the licensing campaign in earnest and numbers of meetings are being held. Circulars have been sent round to all the hotel proprietors informing tliera that they will be expected to contribute two and possibly three weeks rent to provide funds, and besides the money thus colleoted several leading licensed victuallers have contributed largo sums to the campaign fund.
