A meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday' last. Pres;nt: Messrs Langdon, Bellies and Dalziell, In the abßenoe of Mr Maunsell, Mr Langdon was voted to the ofauir. Themimtteß of the previous meeting were read and confirmed,
The Treasurer reported balance in Bank, £20213s 6d.
Letters were read from County Clerk explaining delay in completing District boundaries. '
From the Treasury with account £ii2l3s 3d, interest on loan.
Mr Harding attended and requested the Board to repair the Tinm Valley road above Mr Bellisa 1 house. A.t present it was unsafe for hone 1 traffio 1 and completely closed for wheel traffio. —Tho Chairman pointed out that Mr Harding was not a ratepayer, there.fore he had no claim on the BoariAfttr Borne discussion it was resolved to expend five pounds in improving the road, to enable Mr Harding to get his wool away. Besolved that Mr MoHutchon be aßked on what terms he will give the Board stone from Miller's quarry for metalling. —'J.'hat the necessary repairs be made on the TJriti road. '
Accounts amounting t0.£15 11b 6d wore passed for paymont, and the meeting adjourned. ',
