SCENE IN THE FRENCH CHAMBER.
Paeis, January 28. A noisy scene occurred in the Chamber of Deputies during yesterday's Bitting, M, Clovis-Hughes accused the Government of using the. precautions against the Anarchists as a means of attaok on the Socialists, and M. Thrivrier cried out excitedly, " Long live the Commune I"
M, Dupny, President of the Chamber, ordered M. Thrivrier to leave the Chamber, but he refused to do eo, and a scene of great disorder ensued. The sitting was suspended for halfin the meantime a dots'' IJnf the Republican Guard, w}° il baleen sent for, ferc'bly ejected M, thrivrier from the House. During the disturbance the Social' ist members repeatedly cheered the Commune, while the Centre Party re! plied with ories of " Murderers Communards I"
