Malcolm, Hiß Worship gave judgment this morning on the above case which occupied the attention of the Court lußt week at conßider«l)le length. v Mr Pownal! appeared lor the 8 plaintiffi and Mr Beard for defendant Eastwood, After reviewing the facts of the • oase, which have been fully reported in those coluume, 11 is Worship concluded there was no case agairißt - Eastwood and plaintiffs were nonsuited with costs. Judgment wae given against.Maloolm for £7O with ! Coßtß.
