.Tho Masterton Wesleyan Choirgave their second sacred concert last night, in aid of the oboir funds, anil ■ succeeded in thoroughly pleasing their; hearers. Sacred concerts ate always more diffioult to oarry through auccesefully than Becular ones, and the Wesleyan Choir is therefore to be highly congratulated on the profit cienoy its members have attained, and the success of the entertainments given by , them The following ■is tho programme :-"And the Glory of the Lord," Ohoir; "Christmas Ohimes," UissesChn and Prentice; "Consider the Lilies," Mr Ralph; "In the Beginning," Choir; " Low at Ihy Pest," Mm Judd; " ideate Fideles," Ohoir; Selected, Mr Astall; "He shall feed His Flock," Miss Perry; -"jW.., Heavens are I, Home beyond the \f> "Blessed be the Lord," Ohoir; "Ave'" Sancfoima," Mr and Mrs Boagev; "Gloria "(12 Mess), Choir. Mr Green also recited '! Tho Bells of Lps " with dramatic effect, his offorls being much appreciated.
