Major Forbes has been found guilty i of incapacity, and has been super* seded in command at Buluwayo. Tbe Court of Enquiry set up to investigate the shooting of two of King Lobej)gula's envoys atTati has acquitted all concerned from blame. The Coutt attributed the shooting to the « omission of Mr Dawson (theßuluwayo ' trader who accompanied the envoys) to inform the oflioials of the status of the victims. Trooper Watson, one of Captain:' Wilsons' detachment, was a brothi*: of Mrs Jesiie Blake, of Gishorno; J * M Trooper Yogol (says tlio I'ost) to a native of'Wellington,and was about--22 years of a'ge. Shortly after finishing his education at the Charterhouse l he entered thi servico of the Chartered Company, anf| subsequently on the outbreak of war he volunteered for military service. His elder brother, Mr H. B. Vogel, is at present attending the Land Cduvu at Moawhanga, Inland Patea,
