OARTERTON-TUEBDAY, '(Before Mr T. Hutchison, E.M.) Armond Bennett was charged that he did on the 6th January, instant, commit wilful damage to a book case belonging to Mary Ann MacKenzie, to the value of 10s. ' ' The aceused pleaded guilty to damaging of the book case, bit stated that it was his property, and not the property of the informant. Mr Board appeared for the informant, who.stated that on the day mentioned tbe defendant deliberately came into her house and committed the damage as stated. The book oese belonged to her ion, and had been in her possession for the past twelve years. It was given to her son by the defendant. ■ . ..'
