KITCHEN, Annie Kitchen, nee Crichton, prayed to have her marriage with William Freeman Kitchen, journalist, dissolved on the grounds of adultery and bigamy. Mr Hi-Jop appeared for the petitioner. Thero was no up pearance of tho respondent, nor was ho represented by counsel. The ovidence was to the effect that tbo parties wero married in Wellington on 14th April, 1885; that there were two children as issue of the marriage; that in April last the respondent went through tho form of marriage in Tasmania with one Charlotte Hammond, representing that he was a bachelor, and that bis narno was Francis Temple Vane.
