The ovidence was to the effect that tbo parties wero married in Wellington on 14th April, 1885; that there were two children as issue of the marriage; that in April last the respondent went through tho form of marriage in Tasmania with one Charlotte Hammond, representing that he was a bachelor, and that bis narno was Francis Temple Vane.
