The Movent Case, (By Telegraph,—Press Association), vVkllinoion, Friday, On the re-opening of tho Court at two o'clock, yesterday, Coleman was again put into the box, and declined to answer any questions even if she hud a free pardon under the seal of the Governor. Ouinan was text called and refused to answer on tho plea that bLq might incriminate borself. The Crown Prosecutor offered to entor a nolle prosequi. This, however, tho Chief Justice advised the Crown not to do, and suggested that Guinnn should bo arraigned, Mr Bell accepted this suggestion, a;;d the esse against MeGovorn was postponed for half an hour. Ouinan was then arraigned, tho down offered no evidence, and His Honour directed the jury to find a verdict of cot guilty On the verdict being returned the accused was dissharged, Tho case against McGovern wbb resumed,' On Guinan being called as a witness she refused to answer the questions put by the Crown, and in excuse put in a papor explaining that \ she was afraid that she might be further indicted for beiug an accessory before the act, or for aiding and abetting a felony. His Honor ruled that she was not in peril, and must answei' the questions put to her. Her ovidenco was virtually the same as that Bho gave in tho lower Court. Dr, Teare, Constance Hall, and ChiefDetective Campbell also repeated their former evidence. After the counsel's addresses and the Judge's Bumming up, the jury retired et 10 o'clock. At 1 a.m. this morning they returned,and tho foreman said thero was no probabili'y of n verdict. They were locked up till 10 o'clock. Later, Tho jury in the McGovern case disagreed and a new trial has been ordered for next week,
