DISTRICT COURT.
MASTERTON.-WEDNESDAY. (Before His Honor District Judge Kobioson.) BUBSELLVSJIABT, Certain nonsuit points raised by Mr Pownall on behalf of the defendant were overruled by His Honor. His Honor informed Mr Pownall that be was now clear that tbe suit was a counter-claim and not a Bet-off, After lengthy legal argument, His Honor summed up, the jury retiringat twenty minutes to one. At ten minutes past one, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff at 15s per day for 47 days (£BS ss) for defendant failing to remove tbe table. Judgment was entered up accordingly, with costs £9 lis Bd,
