Jacob Johnston v. W. Carey.— Judgment summons. Mr Acbesou for judgment oreditor, Wm. Hercookj on oath, deposed that he had intercepted the'dobtor in a first-class carriage at the Carterton Railway Station, and questioned him as to bis movements. he was on his way to Wellington, and from there to Chriatchurch. Witness then told debtor that if he did not leave the carriage there would be a ' row. Debtor then left the train and returned to Mastei'ton.
