The minutes of the previous meoting were read and confirmed, Correspondence wai received from the County clerk, enclosing a copy of minutes of resolutions passed at the lato meeting of delegates, held to consider the readjustment of boundaries of road districts, and in the event of the Board approving of the proposed alterations affecting their district, that a request am; be addressed to the Ohairman, asking the Council to give effect to the proposed changes. From Mr J, Wingato, calling the attention of the Board to the dangerous state of the Castle Hill track. From the Assistant Surveyor-Gen-eral re legalising the Wai-nui-o-mapu road line, From the Commissioner of Taxes re payment of subsidy, Resolutions, Proposed by Mr Rutherfurd, and seconded by Mr Macßae, that a request bo addressed to the Chairman i ot tho County Council asking the Chairman to give effect to tho proposed alterations of boundaries as Hjmbmed at tho meeting ot delegates on June 7th last, in Masterton.
