EKETAHUNA ROAD BOARD.

The usual meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday last. Present-Messrs 'lVParsons (Chairman), Matheson, Neilson, Biyliss, Dowsett and Anderson,

Wright, re road to his soction.-It was resolved that Mr Wright be informed that the Government will do the road work ia the Stirling Special Settlement, From Mr Jannett, requesting the engineer to lay off roads. From Government Auditor, requesting the Olerk to tako books to Masterton for audit. It was resolved that the Auditor* General be informed that the Board objeota to the Olerk taking the books to Masterton, as the flork could be done at Eketahuna when the Auditor passes through from Pahiatua. From Land and Incomo-Tax Department, re percentage due on general rate.
