THE ELECTORAL DILL. On the motion of leive to introduce tbe Eectoral Bill, Tho Premier, speaking in reply to Sir John Hall, said that the measure contained a provision for woman's franohise, and that tbe date for the second reading of tho Bill would depend übon tbe progress of other business. Tho Bill was introduced and read a first time. ADDRESS-IN •RE PLY DEUATE. Mr McLean rosumed tho Address-in-reply debate, which was agreed to iluring the evening. SESSIONAL COMMITTEES.
