THE ELECTORAL DILL. On the motion of leive to introduce tbe Eectoral Bill, Tho Premier, speaking in reply to Sir John Hall, said that the measure contained a provision for woman's franohise, and that tbe date for the second reading of tho Bill would depend übon tbe progress of other business.
