The Pall Mall Gazette insists that Mr. Arnold Morley, Postmaster-General, shall resign his seat in the House of Commons', alleging that ho was guilty of bribery and corruption during the last general election, when ho was rnturnod for the East Nottingham constituency, the paper also accuses tho hon. gentle- , man of dishonourable conduct in com. promising a petition against his election, The charges ruade by the Pall Mill Gazette were referred to in the House to-day, when Mr Morley denied tho truth of the accusations, but absolutely re- ' fused to. intiitute an action for libel against the paper.
