Napier, Wednesday, At tho criminal session here thß Grand' Jury found Truo Bills in all casesTrcfore them. Charles Crawford on two clmrgea of larceny was sentenced to .18 months. . Wm. Bex Bose, alias Chas. W. Dawson, medi> cai man, for foiging the name of the Hon. Mr Ormond in two cheques was sentenced to five yews, ilioa, 0. Johnstone, for forgery, fjs admifei to probation on payment of the expenses .of the prosecution, and on finding a surety for £SO for his good behaviour. John Crossland, for forgery, was sentenced lo six months, Harold Maitland, released from pro* balion at last session, pleaded guilty to scaling money from the Empire Hotel and-received two years,- Chas, Broadhent, a youth charged with horse-stealing; received 18 months.
