Wellington, Friday. Since the annual meeting of the Chamber of Commerie the Seoretary has received From the London Chamber full information boaring on tho constitution and regulations of the Institute of Accountants in England and Scotland. The Council immediately approved that a committee from its members, together with Messrs Fitzgerald (Auditor General), Richardson, Fox and Hudson, of the Government Insurance Department, draw up a scheme to establish an Instituto embracing all New Zealand, When drafted it will ba considered by the Counoil of the Chamber, forthwith,
