CHAMPION PIGEON MATCH.
D.Henderson the Winner,
The Champion Pigeon Match, fired at Messrs Lowes and lorns' Masterton Saleyards, yesterday, was concluded early in the afternoon, Mr D. Honderson, of Masterton, carrying off tho gold medal, Four of tho competitors tied for second place, the firing off resulting in Messrs Breeds and Elkins securing second and third prizo respectively, The weather was beautifully lino and the Attendance fairly large, and Mr W. R, Bone, tho promoter of the meeting is to be oongratulatod on its success.
