Sin,—The lad you refer to in yesterday's issuo of the Daily Times, nover belonged to the Salvation Army. The cap he wore was owned at one time by a foreigner, who was expelled from the corps for misconduct, alter ho had served as a soldier only a few months. The uniform was sold by this backslider to another person, who gave it to the boy to wear, simply to annoy the true soldiers. But Bir, it takes moro than that to annoy the Army, aud it spite of backsliders and the devil we are marching along, HallehujahL I am flto, Secretary op the Masterton Corps,
