HAriEit, Tuesday. At the R.M. Court, Mr Cornford, solicitor for the Law Society, challenged tho right of Mt \V. Carnell 10 appear as ut solicitor, he being throoyears In arrears with his subscription to the Law Society, and having no certificate Mr Oarnell withdrew the case ho tvas appealing for. Mr Cornford expressed regret at the couroo ho was compelled take.
