SUPREME COURT.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association). Duhedih, Tuesday, In the Supreme Court this morning, William Fogarty, fourteen years of age, charged with the manslaughter of James Fiddis, another schoolboy, pleaded guilty. Tho Jndgo in passing aentcuco, said (hero was no suggestion of animosity on the prisoner's part, tho blows having been struck during a quarrel between boye. The only moral culpability of the boy was that ho engaged to fisjht, he therefore sentenced linn to ono hour's imprisonment and as that hour dates from commencement of session, ho was then discharged.
