(By Telegraph-Press Association.) Wellington, February 16. In the Supreme Court to-day, Mrs and Mr KusselWWanganui, are applying for aiinmjto compel MrE, W. Mills to traflsrerto Mrs Bussell, bis daughter, 25 shares in E. W. Mills & Co. Tho plaintiffs allege that the shares were presented them as a wedding gift, Imt never transferred. Defendant denies the intended transfer of the shares, but held tbem for tho benefit of liis daughter, she receiving the annual dividends. The case is proceeding.
