Tbo police hero havo received in. formation that a nwn named George Kilminster, aged twenty-one years, in the employ of Messrs Perry Bros, of Tnratahi, poisoned himself on Wednesday Inst with the heads of 160 lucifor matches.
No funher particulars nro as yet to hand.
[Since tbo above was written a further telegram lias been received from Constable Darby, stilling that fiiiminsler is not dead. Arrangements for holding au inquest had, wo understand, been made.];
