Mr D. Crewe reports his Pahiatua stock sale, held on Wednesday last, as follows:—The attendance was large aud bidding spirited for jood classes of oattlo. A muoh greater number of cattle of all classes came forward than was advertised, nearly every pen being filled. Tho following prices were realised: 18 month and 2 year old steers, *3 ssto£B 7s j 3 ytar old steers £4> Cs; good weaners, 28s; good dairy heifers, springing, £4. 19s 6d to £5 ss; dairy cows (medium quality), £i3sto£s. Hacka—£3 to £5159. No sheep came forward, doubtless oo account of the bad weather.
