WASTERTON A. & P. ASSOCIATION.
A general meeting of members of the Masterton A, and P, Association was held in the Olub Hotel yesterday, Present: Mesßrs W. Welch, Stuckey, William Perry, 'Jno, Harvey, .T. £. Chamberlain, W. Day, P. 0, Lowi'b, Jn». Porry, A, Mukie and B. florablow.
Mr William Perry, vice-Presidenl was voted to the ohair, ■'
The revised rules were read by the Secretary, Mr 0. H. Gayfer, ; Considerable discussion on the suggested amendments took place, Mr J. Stuokey finally proposing that the rules be referred back to the Revising Committee with the suggestions made, and that the .rules then be printed and distributee] amongst the members before the next general meeting. Mr Jno. Harvey-.seconded and the motion was carried, •
Mr Stuokey suggested that the annual meeting of the Society be held on Ram Pair day, and that the financial year end on 81st December. An account of £ll was passed for payment to M, Kerrins for ploughing and harrowing 'the new Show ground. /Messrs F. Gray, William Perry and J, Stuckey were appointed a. oonjnriti tee,- with power to aot, to make general arrangements for carrying out tho Bam Fair.
The' Secretary proposed Mr D, Crewe as a member of the Association. Mr. Mutrie seconded and Mt Crewe was eleotod, ■
