Mr D. Crewe reports that at his Pahiatua Stoob Sale, held on Wednesday the 80. h November, considerably more stock was yarded than advertised, The attendance was fairly good and bidding spirited for good dairy atook. The following prices were realised: —Good dairy heifers, near calving, £5 to £5 10b , other dairy heifers later date of calving, £4 10s to £4 15s; 8 year old bullocks, Is. A pen ol young steers from 12 months to 15 months, toaliaed' > te12s; weaners, £l2s 6d; dairy cows in milk, medium quality, £4 5s to £5, Cross-bred owes with lambs (medium quality lis Bd. Horseß dull in demand.
