(By Telegraph, -Press Association). Gisboune, Saturday, The fiirst Gisborne wool sales were held'yesterday. A large attendance of English and local buyers were present, and competition was keen, especially for good lines of fleece wool, Prioes ranged from sevenpence for strong, welhoonditionod Lincoln to B|d for olean half-bred, Bidding was spirited throughout, and the result is highly satisfactory to sellers.
