London, November 28. Michael Dalton, one of the tenants evicted from Smith Barry's estate at Tipperary, deposed before the Commission that joining in tho " Flan. of Campaign " cost him £IO,OOO. It is reported that the Cabinet has allotted £75,000 for the reinstatement of evicted tenants in Ireland. Washisoton, November 23. Mr Oleveland states that £36,000,000 will be required next year. for pensions alono, Be. enjoins the necessity of economical administration
