About ICOO people were present, pnd the entries exceed those of last year, sheep and horses being largely represented, Charles Goulter's Merino sheep annexed the principal prizes, The long-woolled shoep showed up prominently, and altogether the breed of sheep in this district has vastly improved, mainly owing to tho frozeu meat industry established here by Nelson Bros, A De Laval Cream Separator was at work on tho ground, and was greatly admired by tho farmers present. A largo quantity of milk waaput through, the machine proving a groat success. Entries in the implement cluas were larger than at any previous- show, manufacturers being represented from one end of the Colony to the other.
