The debtor admitted having received certain sums of money, amounting to £3O, since judgment was given against him. £l2 was expended in Native /Ksjj Court expenses, and the rest in board and lodging, The money- was paid to him by Mr McParlane on behalf of Mr W, E. Bidwill, who purchased land from him,
