MrF. H. Wood reports of the stock sale held by him at his Taralahi yards yesterday, as follows: A largo quantity of stock waß yarded, though not quits as much as had been entered, The attendance of buyers wss good and bidding fairly spirited. Prices ruling wore at about last sale rates. Over a thousand hoggets wore yarded, all selling at from lis 3d to lis Cd, in the wool, Ewes and lambs were pasßed in not having reached owners reserves, Cattle entries wero chiefly calves and dairy stock, tho former selling at from 21s to 245; dairy cows from <£2 128 6d to £6; cows with calves, £4; more cows, 80s to 50s; pigs: porkers, lis 6d.
